Thanks for the input. We burned 8 hours of trouble shooting and did everything. Ergo my post out of frustration, but I did some more data mining and found the link below (apparently I'm not the only one with this issue): https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6633114 It's a known Apple Yosemite issue with some KVM's that's just isn't going to be addressed anytime soon. I have since done a remote desktop via a layer 3 cisco switch as a work-around.
