We have cascaded 12 x Mergepoint Unity 4032 into 1 x Mergepoint Unity 4032 or in other words below BOM: 1 x root kvm - Mergepoint Unity 4032 12 x cascade kvm - Mergepoint Unity 4032 the root kvm has 20 target device connected in addition to the cascade switch. each cascade kvm has 20 target device. All kvm are using version 1.22.5.23556 Issue: We can only see 8 cascade kvm switches on the root kvm. All other devices/switch are marked offline although they are powered on. We have a suspicion that theres a limitation of number of target device and cascade switch on the main or root kvm. Question : How many cascade KVM switch does the Mergepoint Unity 4032 it can support? What is the maximum number of target device online for the root kvm Mergepoint Unity 4032 in cascade/tiered scenario?
