Afternoon, I disable th user timeout on the web gui and ran the firmware upgrade. It copied over the file and said it installed 1005 and rebooted. But it never came back after this. I left it 5 hours and no response. I powered off the device and powered it on - the options are: UMG Boot v2.8.0.16rdist (what i was trying to upgrade to) UMG Boot V 2.5.0.8rdist (original)Netboot Recover Hardware Diagnostic. I have tried selecting both firmware version but it just sticks at Emerson Network Power screen and the progress bar gets to a 5th and then nothing. We have many devices attached to this and would like to get this sorted ASAP. Any suggestions. Many thanks
