I'm probably missing something completely simple, but I've been tearing my hair out on this one. I'm setting up a mergepoint 4032 for the first time. I'm trying to connect a brocade switch using a MPUIQ-SRL connector. I've got the male serial end and usb plugged into the brocade switch. My female serial has a serial cable going back to the Mergepoint. The light for power is on, but I get no activity. Where am I going wrong? I have tried: - two different MPUIQ-SRL in case I had a DOA, but all three acted the same way - tested different serial cables going from the female serial plug to the Mergepoint and no joy there either Any suggestions or help that anyone can think of would be welcome. I don't even mind if you laugh at me as long as you bring some technical advice on where I'm going wrong. Thanks, J
