Hello. We have a Dell PowerEdge 180AS KVM (updated with the lastest available firmware version 1.0.3.3) and Avocent MPUIQ-VMCHS SIP Modules. According to the compatibility chart in it should work, but the SIP modules are shown as "suspect" in the KVM. The power led of the SIP is lit but we cannot get it to "active" state.
