We have currently 2 DSView 4 servers, one is internal and the second is outside the dmz, allowing remotes to connect. the problem is I have an issue with launching a kvm session via windows 8.1 the error "Communications with the DSView Server have been lost, the application will exit." via the external DSview server, the client is able to launch the session via the internal dsview server, However a windows 7 and 10 OS is able to connect and launch a session on either DSView servers, I have tried this running VM on the same client to try and eliminate the path to the server, I have ran a telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 443 & 1078 commands to ensure that the ports are open on the windows 8 machines (happening on multiple clients). Has anyone seen this, any suggestions etc would be helpful Brendan
