Hello kvuser;
Power down all of the components in the configuration. Ensure that you have connected all of the
video connections correctly. At that time I would power up the KVM switch and wait 30 seconds. Then
power up the target computers and let them boot.
What are the target Operating Systems of your target computers? If any of them are WIN7 this community article may be applicable?

Issue: There is no video on the console of the DVI capable Switchview KVM switches
Resolution : Install a VAD-30 DVI-I to DVI-D convertor connector, connected directly to the video card,
or you can use a DVI-D cable between the target computer video card and the switch.
I would perform this cabling with all of the components in the configuration powered off and then after suggested connection power on the KVM switch first and wait 30 seconds and then power on the target computers and wait for them to boot. Let me know your results
Best regards;
Danny
