Issue: There is no video on the console of the DVI capable Switchview KVM switches
Resolution : Install a VAD-30 DVI-I to DVI-D convertor connector conencted directly to the video card,
or you can use a DVI-D cable between the target computer video card and the switch.
As far as troubleshooting goes, beyond testing cables, connections, monitors, and video sources... there is not much else to troubleshoot. There are no utilities for taht product. You can always start a ENP Avocent support case by calling (888)793-8763, please havqe the serail number of your KVM switch available ...
