Forum Post: Adding APC Master Switch RPDU

We are facing the problems while using the Avocent DS View 4  management Software, These are as follows.

 1)      I’m trying to add APC MasterSwitch RPDU in the DSView 4 Management Software (It was already added in Management Software by mistakenly our Testing Engg deleted).  Its  giving error (Refer the Image). But we can access this APC Switch from the browser.

 APC Model No: - AP7953

2)   Keyboard and Mouse inputs are not taken while accessing from the Avocent  DS View 4 Management Software.

 Could you please help us ASAP.
