Issue: At the Symbols Portal, after the user selects an existing symbol and clicks on "Submit Request", the browser shows "This page cannot be displayed".
Workaround: the user should still be able to click on Request List on the menu bar and find the request there.
Resolution: Uncheck "Enable Protected Mode" in the browser's Tools -> Options -> Security. The Symbols Portal currently supports IE 8 and IE9/IE10 in compatibility mode.
