If you are looking for feedback or update on an open case, please use one of the following methods.
1- Send an email to support.avocent@emerson.com with the case number in the subject line.
2- From the Support Community site, click the Technical Support Request link on the right hand side and click the Support Request Portal link to access your Service Requests.
3- Call in to our Support line (1-888-793-8763 ) and reference your incident number (i.e. 487234-378931471).
