Hello, Can anyone help me with the following problem. I have an Autoview 3100 KVM, and a USBIAC-7 cable. The cable is recognized by the Autoview and I can see it listed as a module under both Target Devices and IQ Modules. Video display works correctly, but USB isn't working at all. Under the Target Devices menu it is listed as a USB cable, but when I look at the details of the module under IQ Modules, it lists the interface type as "PS/2" instead of USB: EID Status Port Application Interface Type USB Speed 520422-[ XXXXXX] Online 15 01.00.00.02 PS/2 N/A I've got several AVIQR-USB cables that work perfectly. The Autoview 3100 is running the following firmware versions: Description Version Application 01.06.01.02 Boot 03.00.00.00 OSCAR FPGA 128.128.144.00 Video FPGA 01.00.00.13 And the USBIAC versions are: IQ Module EID: 520422-01472C Status: Online Interface Type: PS/2 Port: 15 Switch Type: None Boot: 01.00.00.02 Application: 01.00.00.02 Hardware: 12.00.03.00 FPGA: Available: Upgrade Status: Ready Upgrade Failed Reason: No upgrade attempted
