Hello Michael, Based the provided details and screenshot, it seems that the viewer is in the process on installing on your local client machine however you don't seem to have local admin rights to install the viewer software. Also you are running a DSView version which has been discontinued for a while now, it would beneficial for you to get your environment updated in order to take advantage of the latest enhancements and fixes. The currently supported DSView versions are: 3.7.2.157 (32-bit) 4.1.0.166 (64-bit) 4.5.0.140 (64-bit) Latest release Regards, Princhely
