So even after you power cycled the SV1000's you do not have any control of the SV1000's at all? I would suggest that you check all of the connections to the SV1000's Keyboard, monitor, and mouse as well as the conenctions to the target computers while to power is removed from the SV1000 Then apply power back to the SV1000, the display on the front of the SV1000 will probably have 01 displayed. If not I would verify the power supply connection and the power being furnished to the outlet it is plugged into. If this still does not help then I would call (888)793-8763 to start a Technical support case... please have the serial number of thsoe two SV1000's available and als be in the same room with then for troubleshooting purposes.
