Hello Jeepdriver;  Yes, I have seen thsi before.  It really depends upon the cause of the re-boot and what happens during the ACS reboot process (additional external events).  I have not had this issue on any of the ACS6000's in our lab in quite some time.  Just for reference we are running firmware verison v2.5.0.10
