It seems like that your DSR got hit and now has a few dead ports. The DSR line has been placed onto the EoL list for quite some time, and should you consider needing a replacement the MPU replaced that line all together. No repairs can be issued on DSR4010 anymore

looks like it has to do with a java error, try to use putty to connect to the ACS you can add a port number to the ssh session so you can connect directly to a console port please see the manual how to configure

Hi everyone I'm trying to write an SSH based CLI script to power cycle ports on my PM 3000. The issue I'm facing right now is that the built-in cycle command needs an interactive 'yes' no 'no' typed in. I can't seem to find any switches for the built-in cycle command to tell it not to prompt. Does anyone know how to get around this? Kind regards PM 3000 user

Hi, got a question on how to setup 2 different HMX networks, may be someone can point me to the correct direction. I am running a HMX setup (with HUB and SPOKE) MGR and about 200+ HMX extenders on the corporate network. My company decide to setup a smaller size of the HMX (using ONE manager) as a disaster recovery (DR) in a remote area. There is a 10Gb fibre link between the corporate network and the DR site. If I want to have one or two HMX user station from the corporate network to access to all Tx on the DR site, how can I do that? Appreciate for all advice. Thanks

Is Aperture View (View 650) compatible with this requirement? Please advise if you support single sign-on and the use of smart cards for authentication. Forum Post: Can't Authenticate with AD Credentials After 4.5 Upgrade
I have just upgraded our Hub server to 4.5.140 and am unable to log in using AD credentials. Local login works, and when I check the DSView event logs, I see "An external authentication server failed. The reason given was: Cannot connect to the authentication service". I saw that there was an issue with 4.5.138 that required the replacement of a .jar file, but this version supposedly had the fix built in. I have been searching for the patch to give it a try, but unable to locate it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi All, I would like to seek help or inputs... we have a customer using UMG4000 and currently having an issue with it. they're getting ERROR LAUNCHING UMG SP SESSION once they wanted to access the SP... they need to restart or reboot the UMG to be able to get it back again. also they found out that the UMG takes about 20mins to restart. i dont have the firmware information of this equipment as i still need to go down to their site for evaluation. thanks and hope for you valuable comments and resolution on the matter...

Forum Post: Bug Report - Strange device sorting in OBWI
I recently installed an Autoview 3200 IP KVM switch on my network. It does exactly what I need and allows control of 16 different devices. When I access those devices directly through the KVM console and the OSCAR interface, they can be listed in port, name or EID order. However, OBWI is not as reliable. As I added devices beginning with port 1, they appeared in OBWI in proper port order. When I added devices to ports 9 & 10, they were reported at the top of the list. Devices 11-16 are at the bottom. To recap, my list of devices in port order is 9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,11,12,13,14,15,16. I have checked my device names and EID references and they do not follow this pattern. Since OBWI does not allow resorting by clicking at the top of the column (like a spreadsheet), I have no way to fix this issue. Any suggestions, or does this bug need to be resolved by the issuance of a new firmware update? As an aside, I have already updated the KVM firmware and all of the attached IQ modules. Thanks in advance for any helpful input.
