We recently upgraded our DSView Software to v4.5.0.140 and our ACS6xxx's to v3.1.0.8 (we have a handful of ACS5K's in our system as well). Now I can no longer open a PuTTy session via IE9 (understanding that FF and Chrome use the Avocent viewer only). When I click on the serial session button, I get a pop-up as if Java is wanting to open a viewer, but nothing happens. Just sits there spinning its wheels. I do not see in the release documentation that PuTTy is no longer supported. Is there a prerequisite that I am missing or a setting that I need check on? I know that there were settings in DSView v4.1.0.166 for PuTTy, but do not see those in the update. I am looking more at DSView to be the issue or possibly the ACS plugins as we are seeing the same results on the ACS5K series as well. This may cause issues as the functionality of the Avocent viewer does not work for our needs. Suggestions?

Forum Post: Viewing firmware versions in DSView
In DSView, I can go to Reports, Asset, Appliance Versions, and generate a nice graph of what firmware versions are running on the different assets, but I can't find an easy way to drill down and generate a specific list of units running a given firmware. For example, I have a few ACS6032s that I want to leave on firmware 2.5.0.5, but anything that is running 2.5.0.7 or later, I'd like to go in and upgrade. Is there any way to get a list of units that includes the firmware version?

We have added the IPDU and its showing in the IPDU list, but status showing N/A and not able to do the power management through Cntrl + P command. Checked the SNMP setting in IPDU and Console as well, both are on public and SNMP V2 enabled. Please advise.

Forum Post: What has happened with the enable_ipv4_multiple_routing_tables parameter in ACS6000 new 3.x firmware versions?
Hi all, Do you know what has happened with the enable_ipv4_multiple_routing_tables parameter in ACS6000 new 3.x firmware versions? In v2.5.012 the parameter exist under /network/settings. In v3.x the parameter does not appears. We can find the enable_network_failover. However the behaviour is not similar. In fact we have lost contact with the upgraded device due we were using two ROUTING tables. Best regads,
